Moving Forward Together: Desun Hospital Presents the Mayo Global Cycling Event in Kolkata!

October 13, 2026 Championing fitness, community spirit and a healthier tomorrow, Desun Hospital presented the Kolkata leg of the Mayo Global Cycling Event, on 11th October 2026, in association with the Mayo College Alumni Association of Kolkata.

Simultaneously taking place across 27 cities in India and around the globe, this inspiring global initiative brought cycling enthusiasts together to celebrate active living, camaraderie and the power of collective action.

Flagging off from the Calcutta Town Hall, the Kolkata ride took participants through the city's iconic heritage landmarks, including Writers' Buildings, Jorasanko, Pathuriaghata Rajbari, Swami Vivekananda's ancestral home, and Marble Palace, blending the joy of cycling with the rich cultural legacy of the City of Joy.
