Director, Desun Group of Hospitals & Desun Autism Therapy Centre

Shaoli Dutta is the visionary force behind the Desun Autism and Neurodevelopment Support Centre, Eastern India’s first hospital-based therapy centre dedicated to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). With a Master’s in Management from the prestigious Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA, she combines global perspective with deep personal commitment to inclusive healthcare.

Under her leadership, the centre has been built on the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), an evidence-based therapeutic model for ASD. She has brought on board internationally trained ABA professionals to ensure ethical, individualized care that meets global standards.

Her mission is to bridge the gap in neurodevelopmental services by integrating behavioural science into mainstream hospital infrastructure. Her work reflects a profound belief: that every child deserves the chance to thrive with dignity, support, and science-backed care.
