Kolkata’s First Dedicated Parental Skills Clinic at Desun Hospital

Desun Hospital has launched Kolkata’s first dedicated Parental Skills Clinic, designed to support expecting couples and new parents (First trimester of pregnancy to 3 months age of the baby) with expert medical guidance, emotional support, and practical caregiving knowledge.

The clinic brings together a multi-disciplinary team of specialists, including Gynaecologists, Paediatricians, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, and Nutritionists, who provide structured counselling and guidance throughout pregnancy and early parenthood.

This initiative aims to help families navigate pregnancy, childbirth, and early parenting with confidence, especially in today’s nuclear family environment where structured guidance is often limited.
