Pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) is a rare, non-infectious, inflammatory skin condition characterized by painful ulcers, often with a necrotic (dead tissue) centre and raised, reddish-purple borders. It is typically associated with underlying systemic diseases, such as inflammatory bowel disease, rheumatoid arthritis, or hematologic disorders.
