Enucleation of dental cysts (abnormal growths or sacs of tissue filled with fluid, air, or semi-solid material) is a surgical procedure in which a dentist or oral surgeon removes a dental cyst along with its surrounding tissues from the jawbone or soft tissues of the mouth. Dental cysts are fluid-filled sacs that can develop in or around the teeth, often because of infection, tooth impaction, or other dental conditions.
