 CFS or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
CFS or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is more common in women than men. It is a condition where a person can feel very tired or exhausted with little activity and the tiredness takes a lot of time to go with adequate rest.  This condition if prevalent for more than 6 months then the appropriate advice is to visit an experienced doctor and get diagnosed.

There is no cure for this syndrome but with proper medical guidance and lifestyle changes the person can improve and lead a life performing all regular activities.

The doctor usually on hearing the various symptoms and also discussing various other lifestyle related activities of the person can suggest undergoing certain medical tests to rule out chances of any other disease/s interfering and resulting in the condition of feeling tired and low energy.
