Desun Hospital celebrated a wonderful occasion of Rakhi, with patients, doctors and staff showing warm solidarity. The hospital was filled with a festive spirit as everyone had tied rakhis, symbolizing security and loving relationships.
Many patients who were unable to visit their families for health reasons found solace in the opportunity shared within the hospital. The atmosphere was warm and created a sense of community and togetherness for everyone, including patients bonding with teams of doctors and nurses, especially patients at pediatric and cancer clinics.
The hospital prepared special rakhi strings for this occasion, adding a special touch. “The doctors helped us do these as part of our therapy sessions,” one patient shared. “It makes us feel important and happy to know that we have contributed to this beautiful event.”
Shaoli Dutta, Director, Desun Hospitals Group, expressed his pride at the event saying, “At Desun, we believe in holistic care that goes beyond just physical health to holistic healing. Rakhi connects us with our patients on a deeper level. We are committed to making them feel cared for and supported. Also we want every patient to feel like a part of our extended family.”
