Dr. Tapti Sen is a highly acclaimed Breast Surgeon with over 31 years of experience in treating breast diseases. A postgraduate in General Surgery from MGIMS, Nagpur University, she received advanced training in breast services at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai.
At DESUN, Dr. Sen brings her vast expertise in benign and malignant breast conditions, oncoplastic and reconstructive surgeries, and comprehensive patient care. She is actively involved in awareness programmes, CMEs, and survivors’ meets, and is a Life Member of IMA and ASI as well as a member of ESMO and ISO.
Her pioneering work in opening Eastern India’s first multicentric comprehensive Breast Centre and her commitment to advancing women’s health have earned her multiple recognitions, including the Woman of Substance Award (2018).
