Pneumothorax

Know About Treatment
A pneumothorax is a medical condition in which air or gas accumulates in the pleural space (the area between the lungs and the chest wall), causing the lung to collapse. This condition can be spontaneous (occurring without a known cause) or traumatic (resulting from injury). Pneumothorax can lead to difficulty breathing, chest pain, and, in severe cases, respiratory failure. It requires prompt diagnosis and treatment.
