Laparoscopic (Keyhole) Surgery

Know Your Surgery
Laparoscopic surgery, which is also known as keyhole surgery, is typically a minimally invasive surgical technique which is used to perform various procedures through small incisions, typically less than an inch in length. This method uses a laparoscope, a thin tube with a light and a camera at the end, to allow surgeons to view the internal organs and perform operations with precision.
