Dr Soham Banik, our consultant Orthopaedician, Joint Replacement and Trauma Surgeon, began his medical journey in the prestigious SSKM Hospital, Kolkata and for training in Orthopaedics he went to Govt. Medical College Nagpur. After this he went for specialized fellowship training in Primary and Revision Joint Replacement surgery in the esteemed Laud Clinic, Mumbai. During his time in Mumbai, he worked in reputed hospitals like Breachcandy Hospital, P.D. Hindu- ja Hospital, Shushrusha Hospital and others. Following this he was selected as an International fellow in OCM Klinik, Munich Germany, where he trained in Arthroplasty of Hip, knee, shoulder and Spine surgery. He moved back to Kolkata to provide world class treatment and empathetic service to the patients of his hometown. At present, he is associated with Desun Hospitals, Kolkata.
