Obesity can lead to heart, joints and digestion related diseases. It can also lead to diabetes, high blood pressure, hypertension, high cholesterol levels and difficulty in movement, mood swings etc.

Sleep and Rest
8 hours of daily sleep is important to be relaxed and rejuvenated. People suffering from insomnia (sleeplessness) and lack of sleep need to plan their sleeping time well, arrange their bedrooms with low lights and light coloured curtains and bed sheets , covers to be calm. Avoid watching television, talking over phone at least an hour before sleeping.
A sound sleep is very important for maintaining our energy levels, feel happy and good mind function.

Proper diet helps to maintain required nutrition level and it helps to keep our mind calm, mange stress better.
Regular work out keeps us physically and mentally strong and also happy.
